Welcome to AJ Auto Spa. By accessing or using our website ajautospa.ie and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Services
AJ Auto Spa provides professional car cleaning and detailing services. Service details, and prices are displayed on our website or provided upon request.
2. Bookings and Deposits
A €25 deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Deposits are applied toward your final service cost.
Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit is received.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 1–2 days in advance to avoid forfeiting your €25 deposit fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a loss of deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will also forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Payments
Full payment is due upon completion of services.
We accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods.
Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
5. Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for disclosing any existing damage or issues before service.
AJ Auto Spa will not be held liable for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, or other defects not visible prior to cleaning.
6. Liability
While every care is taken with your vehicle, AJ Auto Spa is not liable for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings left inside vehicles.
Damage resulting from hidden defects or poor vehicle condition.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
